Online Safety Live ISO is a DIY parental control tool for parents and legal guardians designed to support safer internet use for children. It is a flexible solution that runs from a USB flash drive connected to a computer. Live ISO is designed to help limit access to porn, adult, and social network content. Parents easily configure Live ISO according to their own requirements for children’s online activity. Live ISO is an immutable system with changes discarded when the system powers off.

Features and Benefits
Live ISO automatically launches the Chromium web browser. All changes are discarded upon shutdown, except for data explicitly configured to be stored persistently. Parents configure the immutable system according to their requirements. Live ISO images are built using free and open-source software, with redistributable firmware required for hardware support. Live ISO images are distributed at no cost. Optional persistent configuration is available for a service fee.
DIY Notice
This is a DIY tool, not a ready-to-use product. Deployment on older or unused hardware is recommended in order to dedicate the device to children. Basic technical knowledge is required to flash the Live ISO image onto a USB drive. Configuring automatic booting from a USB stick requires changes to BIOS/UEFI settings. Review the Live ISO manual before use.
